Qualifications

• Develops and establishes policies to maximize efficiency.
• Manages staff including hire, evaluations, training and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and supervises personnel, staffing, training and performance.
• Plans and administers the department's fiscal policies and audits.
• Prepares monthly financial statements and reconciles accounts.
• Assists in developing and administering the annual operating budget and forecasts staffing needs.
• May oversee payroll functions and travel reimbursements.
