Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Analyst to serve as a key technology partner across the organization. This position combines business application administration, systems analysis, integration support, and end-user technology assistance to ensure our employees have the tools and systems they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business operations. You will play a critical role in managing core business platforms, troubleshooting system issues, supporting users, and helping optimize technology solutions that advance organizational goals.

Candidates must be located in/near the Twin Cities area as this is a hybrid position requiring some travel to the office in downtown Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

Business Systems Administration

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for key business applications, including Nortridge Loan System (NLS), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Abrigo platforms.
• Configure security roles, workflows, business processes, forms, and system settings.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding upgrades, system changes, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation of system improvements.
• Provide user training and ongoing application support.

Systems Integration & Data Management

• Monitor integrations, interfaces, and data exchanges between enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and system integration issues.
• Collaborate with internal business teams and vendors to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Assist with data quality initiatives and reconciliation processes.

End-User Support

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, and user accounts.
• Assist with workstation setup, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding and offboarding technology processes.
• Help maintain technology inventory and asset management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and user experience.
• Document procedures, workflows, and technical configurations.
• Participate in technology projects and organizational initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Application Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering Nortridge Loan System (NLS).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience in banking, financial services, lending, or nonprofit lending environments.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data exchange processes.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually
