The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority seeks an Administrative Officer IV (Financial Analyst II) to manage financial reporting and budgeting. The candidate will ensure accurate budget preparation, maintain financial records, and develop training programs. Strong communication skills and a degree related to the field are required for maintaining reports and collaborating with industry partners.
POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV (FINANCIAL ANALYST II)

SALARY: SG-15 40,208.00PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
? (20%) Prepare financial and accountability reports of the training center for submission to oversight agency? (15%) Process and review documents on the requests for obligation/budget utilization? (15%) Provides assistance in the preparation of PTC’s budget proposal? (10%) Maintain and update Registries of Budget, Utilization, and Disbursement? (10%) Establishes linkages with industry partners for specific technical trainings;? (10%) Develops and maintains data base system relative to assessment and certification;? (10%) Develops and advocacy programs/materials relative to program registration and assessment? (5%) Coordinates office programs and activities.? (5%) Performs other related function as may be required.
