  • Management experience in branch operations within a leading financial institution.
  • Familiarity with FINRA 7, 66 and 9/10 regulations, SEC rules, and compliance standards.
  • Sound judgment and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity to navigate complex matters.
  • Team player with networking capabilities across the organization.
  • Motivated, self‑directed, and driven.
  • Ability to create a positive business culture and delegate effectively.

Work Details

Location: Northbrook, IL. Full‑time position reporting to the Market Administrative Office.

Salary and Benefits
