Executive Office for Immigration Review is seeking an Administrative Officer to direct administrative operations for the Office of the General Counsel and advise senior leadership on budget, HR, organizational management, and administrative services. The role coordinates resources and leads administrative staff to ensure support functions meet program and mission requirements.

The position is located in the Office of the General Counsel, Executive Office for Immigration Review, U.S. Dept. of Justice. This position directs administrative operations for the OGC and advises senior leadership on budget, human resources, organizational management, and administrative services. It also coordinates resources and leads administrative staff. This is a Competitive Service position; additional positions may be filled from this announcement within 90 days of certificate issuance.
In order to qualify for the Administrative Officer position, you must meet the following time in grade requirements and minimum qualifications:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 level. (Please submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks, full-time) of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (or comparable experience outside the Federal service), performing 4 or more of the following duties:
