Aviation Insurance Managers, a division of Seibert Keck Insurance Partners, is seeking an Administrative Office/Clerical Assistant in Uniontown, OH. This full-time, in-person role supports staff with daily operations, client communications, and document management.
Training will grow responsibilities and collaboration with Agents on specialized tasks. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.
Administrative Office/Clerical Assistant
Location: Uniontown, Ohio
Employment: Full-Time and in-person
Hours of work: 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday -Friday; Overtime can be expected during busy periods
We are seeking a motivated Clerical Assistant who is a strong team player to join our organization. Prior insurance experience is not required. This role involves learning daily operations by organizing and managing client communications, becoming familiar with client files, and supporting staff with day-to-day business activities. Responsibilities will increase as the candidate gains an understanding of our processes, with opportunities to work closely with Agents on specialized documents and tasks as assigned by company leadership.
