The Administrative Nurse Manager, demonstrates core and unit specific competencies based on the patient population served.Has a 24-hour responsibility for the supervision, scheduling, hiring, firing and performance appraisal of nursing and ancillary associates. Coordinates other activities including but not limited to inventory management, budgeting, and performance improvement activities to promote efficient/effective operations and quality patient care. Demonstrates leadership and clinical expertise in area (s) of responsibility. Responsible for developing and maintaining competence of assigned associates.**SCHEDULE:** 12 PM-8 PM.
