Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing care delivery on assigned units. The role focuses on improving quality and cost-efficient patient care aligned with Magnet philosophy, while supporting regulatory requirements and electronic medical record systems.

You will supervise staff, participate in policy formulation, ensure compliance, and strive to optimize patient and family experiences through strong leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a specialty training program.
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice, regulatory standards, and patient safety.

• Promotes service standards, resolves patient concerns, and conducts leadership rounds.
• Ensures incident reporting, addresses risk exposure, and maintains compliance with safety protocols.
