Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking an Administrative Nurse I to support both clinical care and administrative coordination on the unit in Los Angeles. The role combines direct patient care with supervision and policy implementation under Nursing leadership.

The successful candidate will have a California RN license, a BSN or MSN, and current BLS; PALS/ACLS are required. Responsibilities include staff interviewing, performance monitoring, and presenting new treatment modalities to the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN or MSN degree required.
• Current and valid California RN license required.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire

Responsibilities

• Clinical management and administrative coordination of the unit.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring of unit staff as requested.
• Monitor staff performance, resource use, and patient care issues; report to the AN II.
• Present new treatment modalities and education to nursing staff; identify educational needs.
