Job summary

Pacific Health Group, based in California, is seeking an Administrative Manager to supervise Administrative Assistant staff, manage contracting/grants/RFP administration, and oversee Data Administration in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong organizational leadership, independent judgment, and a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and scalable processes to support a growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible admin/ops experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating contracts, grants, RFPs, or similar processes preferred.
• Healthcare administration or related sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Administrative Assistant personnel and workflows.
• Oversee contracting, grants, RFP/RFQ administration & tracking.
• Supervise Data Administration staff and reporting quality.
• Develop SOPs and standardized processes for admin functions.
• Coordinate across departments to meet deadlines and resolve barriers.
