Job Overview

The Fox Graduate School at Penn State seeks an experienced administrative professional to serve as Administrative Lead in the Office of Graduate Educational Equity Programs (OGEEP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Associate Dean for Graduate Educational Equity/Chief Diversity Officer with briefing, agendas, and materials for meetings and events.
  • Manage the calendar, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including travel, catering, lodging, and financial reconciliation.
  • Handle communications on behalf of the Associate Dean and OGEEP.
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Support projects involving data research, presentation preparation, and benchmarking.
  • Oversee Graduate Assistants and collaborate with university staff, faculty, and external contacts.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or higher with 4+ years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in financial management.
  • Strong organizational, event planning, and budget oversight skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and propose solutions.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • High professionalism and ability to work independently.
Additional Information

This role requires occasional after-hours and weekend work, flexible work arrangements after 6 months, and is not fully remote.

Salary range: $42,100 - $61,000. Benefits include health plans, tuition discounts, and paid holidays.
