Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex review of legal issues and drafts binding decisions.
• Conducts specialized administrative hearings.
• Maintains appeal status information on an electronic hearings database.
• Provides advanced legal guidance and supports administrative review activities.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of duties enumerated above.
