Liberty University is seeking an Administrative Graduate Assistant to support the School of Law’s Internal Affairs team. You will manage administrative tasks, help track program records, and assist with student organizations and events on campus.
The role also involves research, policy review, and collaboration with the Graduate School and other departments to ensure smooth operation and strong student experiences. This is a part-time, on-site graduate assistantship in Lynchburg, VA.
Administrative Graduate Assistant (AGA) Graduate Assistantship Program
The Administrative Graduate Assistant (AGA) will assist the School of Law’s Internal Affairs team by providing the administrative support required to ensure the operational, student development, event management, and student engagement responsibilities that directly impact the student experience are accomplished with excellence.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) degree from a four-year college or university
Must be accepted into or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at Liberty University
Possess a professional demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must live in the local area in order to report to work on campus.

The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It has good lighting and the noise level is moderate.
May occasionally need to drive personal vehicle on and off campus to run errands.
If the employee is required to travel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one’s personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Proof of a valid driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee’s position.
