Established to train and educate post-graduate students with a complete perspective of working within a leading healthcare system. Offers exposure to a wide-array of healthcare services and initiatives and has opportunities to work in a hands‑on capacity on many key system initiatives. Experiences healthcare decision making from the system level as well as opportunities to participate in work done within each system entity. Participates in projects and work assignments across many areas. Attends Board and Senior Management meetings allowing for strong personal and leadership growth opportunities. To ensure the experience aligns with both organizational needs and individual goals, senior leadership actively shapes and personalizes the program around individual interests and development objectives.
Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration with a healthcare focus, or a related field within the past year or current enrollment in a master's program with completion expected by the start of the fellowship from an accredited program (e.g., Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME), Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), or Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH)) required. Relevant prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings preferred.
