Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida seeks a senior healthcare leader to participate in leadership training, observe and support executives, and develop strategies that improve clinical outcomes, patient experience, financial performance, and the organization's mission.

You will assume interim leadership assignments, lead projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and pursue ongoing professional development through executive coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven leadership expertise and success in other industries with transferable healthcare management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated collaboration skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Demonstrated leadership expertise (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• For clinicians or medical professionals entering the Fellowship, appropriate licensure, registration, or certification should be maintained, as applicable [Preferred]
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of professional experience [Required] OR
• Master's Degree and 3+ years of professional experience [Required]
