As such, it represents a way to assist Fellows in their transition to the Healthcare Profession from academically acquired knowledge to the actual management of healthcare organizations. The fellowship is structured, lasting one year, and involves the opportunity to work side-by-side with Senior Leaders to experience leadership opportunities, including: Strategic Planning, Operations, Business Development, Employee Engagement Strategies, Process Improvement, and New Ventures.
