This administrative position in our after school programs earns a competitive wage ranging from $19.71 - $20.34 per hour. 5.25 hours per day Monday- Friday between the hours of 12:45 pm - 6:00 pm. We also offer a 403(b)-retirement plan. Must be able to work the days and hours listed.
As an Administrative Facilitator, you will be used as additional support at designated sites. You ensure that all information systems (attendance, etc) are accurately recorded and communicated to our partners in a timely manner. In order to ensure that spending and expenses are kept within budget parameters, you help develop a zero-based budget. When applicable, you ensure all discipline and safety issues are documented and offer your support the site leads in the expanded learning program by greeting visitors as they come into the ELP room. Additionally, you oversee student sign out during parent pick up using approved protocols. You maintain communication with our team while answering phones, passing along messages, checking voicemails and emails, and completing weekly staff logs. As needed, you provide supervision of all students in the ELP room and first aid to students and staff.
In order to ensure that spending and expenses are kept within budget parameters, you help develop a zero-based budget. Also, you ensure our company is kept up to date regarding student data, attendance, and test scores. When applicable, you ensure all discipline and safety issues are documented.
