Washington Financial Bank is seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant to perform essential administrative duties for the CEO and other executives. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring timely project completion.
Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least four years of relevant experience. A competitive benefits package is offered.
ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – Performs administrative duties for the CEO and other bank executives; maintains CEO’s calendar, schedules appointments and reminders/alerts; handles and responds to correspondence; ensures timely completion of projects; assists with special projects; gathers information for and maintains files/records. Requires proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel; proficient interpersonal relations/communication skills; ability to operate various office machines; ability to deal with complex problems. A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum or related experience and a minimum of four years’ related experience required; an Associates degree in business preferred. Experience must include demonstration of discretionary judgement, poise and tact to represent the bank in contacts of importance.
