Under general supervision, the incumbent performs a variety of technical and administrative duties related to the Districts Emergency Medical Services (EMS) electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) system. Responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of EMS data; reviewing completed electronic patient care reports for accuracy and compliance; identifying and resolving data discrepancies; and ensuring reports are properly processed and prepared for timely export to the Districts billing system. The position serves as an important administrative support function within the EMS system and works closely with EMS personnel and other District staff
