Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA seeks an Administrative Director of Surgical & Procedural Services to drive service-line growth, program development and regulatory compliance across the facility.
You will partner with senior leaders to align operations, physician relationships, patient satisfaction and budget profitability, and you may participate in after-hours calls as needed.
Drives operational excellence throughout the service area and leads growth of service line volume within facility, development of new programs and advancement of existing ones. Partners with senior administrators, executives and professional staff to distinguish his/her facilities’ services and experience in the eyes of the physician, patients and consumers. Will lead in execution of development & sustaining physician relationships, procedural access, patient and referral source satisfaction, and budget preparation/profitability. The Administrative Director of Surgical & Procedural Services will integrate with the organization’s operations, participate in performance improvement activities, and ensure professional and regulatory compliance is achieved in all areas of responsibility. Responsible & available within respective area for the total number of hours that the unit is operational.
