Background
Purpose of the Assignment
This consultancy aims to support the preparation and analysis of education administrative data, focusing on linking administrative sources to household survey data for deeper insights into education system performance. The consultant will collaborate with the Technical Working Group and country teams to acquire, clean, and standardize datasets, develop workflows for EMIS data, and create reproducible R scripts.
Key tasks include creating a linked database across six countries, producing country-specific factsheets, exploring econometric methods, and maintaining all scripts and documentation on GitHub for transparency and future updates.
