RMM, along with agricultural/food system workers and their allies in the Suffolk County area, are committed to creating systemic change to improve the lives of farmworkers, their families, and rural residents across the State.
Through supporting RMM’s Education, Accompaniment, and Leadership Development Programs, theAdministrativeCoordinator will contribute to a team effort to implement a shared vision for a more just rural New York. They will collaborate with farmworkers, other RMM staff members, and allies within the faith, labor, academic and activist communities. Working hand-in-hand with the Regional Coordinator andChief Operating Officer, thepositionhas several primary components.
TheAdministrativeCoordinator providesadministrativesupport to RMM’s regional youth, adult, and women’s empowerment programs and ensures that our Center is a hospitable and welcoming space for all visitors. The 15 hour-a-weekpositionprovides a flexible schedule.

Education and Experience
Salary and Benefits:This is a part-timepositionwith flexible hours and days. A competitive salary is subject to candidate qualifications and experience. Compensation includes: 2 weeks (30 hours) paid vacation, and paid sick days.
