Fujitec America is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support for the branch office in Carrollton, TX. The role includes handling phone calls, service dispatch, ticket creation, payroll-related tasks, and filing—an essential backbone for daily operations.
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
