Job Overview

KI is searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Sales Operations/Pallas Textiles Team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI! Pallas is KI's textile division that offers a range of upholsteries, vertical/panel fabrics, privacy curtains, and more.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to assist the Pallas Vice President, Sales Operations Manager, and Pallas Operations team in daily functions for the Pallas brand.
  2. Support new product development, sales, and operations duties.
  3. Provide backup support for the Order Entry team during peak sales periods and vacations.
Qualifications
  1. Associate's degree or a degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and organization skills.
