The University of New Mexico Foundation seeks applications for the position of Administrative Coordinator in the College of Fine Arts and the Division of Student Affairs. This position provides comprehensive administrative, clerical, and operational support for fundraising and development activities. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, events, donor stewardship initiatives, communications, and special projects; maintaining accurate donor, departmental, and financial records; supporting budget and expense tracking; and assisting with the daily operations of Development offices. The Administrative Coordinator serves as a key liaison among Development staff, donors, volunteers, board members, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring effective communication, timely follow-up, and exceptional customer service. Working closely with Foundation and Development colleagues, this position helps facilitate development programs and philanthropic efforts that benefit the College of Fine Arts and the Division of Student Affairs.
The expected salary for this position is $40,000 - $45,000. This range is an estimate, and the final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, consideration of any approved geographic salary differential, and alignment with internal equity guidelines to ensure consistency across similar roles.
