Goodson National Trucking Company is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our fast-paced trucking company.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

Responsibilities may include:
Candidates should have:
Experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, driver recruitment, or compliance is preferred but not required for a candidate with strong transferable administrative skills.
Strong administrative support at GNT goes beyond completing a checklist.
A successful Administrative Coordinator learns the operation well enough to anticipate needs, recognize when something is missing, keep responsibilities moving, and communicate before something becomes a problem.
We value someone who can receive an assignment, determine the appropriate next steps, organize the work, follow through, and communicate the outcome.
You will receive training, procedures, and access to company resources. However, this position requires initiative and accountability after training. We are looking for someone who wants ownership of their responsibilities—not someone who requires continuous supervision to manage routine work.
