Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee documentation in compliance with company policies.
Support overall division documentation clean up and organization.
Coordinate employee travel and lodging.
Ensure proper onboarding procedures are followed.
Support and may lead New Hire Orientation for all Pipe Services employees.
Responsible for scheduling Pipe Services background and pre-employment screenings.
Support coordination for vehicle maintenance.
Assist Division and Project Managers with administrative tasks.
Oversee Summer Internship programming and scheduling.
Monitor new technology and recommend purchases.
Serve as back‑up for Professional Services Administrative Coordinator.
Support general office safety.
Handle initial reporting of incidents and leave requests.
Coordinate and plan office events and morale-boosting opportunities.
Ensure proper employee records are kept on file.
Participate in regularly scheduled Pipe Services meetings.
Follow and abide by the DMA employee and safety manuals.
