Job summary

St. Louis Children’s Hospital is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Dialysis team with front desk duties and general administrative tasks. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients, answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing front desk activities.

The position is Monday–Friday, onsite, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with responsibilities across daily operations and patient experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
