About Telix

The Administrative Coordinator will support the U.S. Commercial Team by assisting the EA Lead with administrative tasks such as meeting planning, managing purchase orders, expense reports for Commercial VPs, planning off-site dinners, and other administrative duties. This role requires a proactive team member with keen attention to detail to ensure the success of the Telix US organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations, maintaining professionalism and a productive work environment.
  2. Manage expense reports for U.S. Commercial Vice Presidents with accuracy and financial awareness.
  3. Oversee purchase order and invoice processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Collaborate with the Executive Administration Lead - Americas to implement operational initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with administrative responsibilities such as bookkeeping, customer service, event planning, and vendor management
