ACL Digital is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and course support for educational programs in Boston. This role serves as the primary contact for learners and course administrators, handling inquiries, registrations, and learner communications to ensure a smooth program experience.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, with strong customer service and written communication
Note: Possibility of extension or going full time (not a guarantee). Previous Harvard or Higher education experience preferred. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of program, project management, event, or management experience in a professional setting required.
Additional Qualifications and Skills: BA/BS strongly preferred. Demonstrated customer service experience.; Previous Harvard or Higher education experience preferred. The successful candidate will possess a strong customer-service orientation and excellent written communication skills. Must have the ability to prioritize workload, multitask and take initiative in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment, working both independently and as a team member. Proficiency using a variety of software applications including Microsoft Excel and other Office suite applications is required. The position requires the ability to learn and implement new software applications. Knowledge of Salesforce, and CVENT preferred.
