Job Overview

NECS is looking to hire a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator to join our Sales/Business Development team.

Job Duties

  • Work with various leasing companies to review and process credit applications, lease agreements, and associated documentation
  • Collaborate regularly with both NECS’ leasing partners as well as the NECS Sales Representative team.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical functions including data entry, filing, photocopying and billing, paying particular attention to detail.
  • Prepare and provide timely and accurate monthly reports to the VP of Sales and the Business Development Coordinator.

The successful applicant will have:

Proficient experience with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with SalesChain, SalesForce, and/or other CRM or database management systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Attention to detail is key for success in this position.

Work Requirements

Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Initially, this will be an in-person role at our Woburn, MA office with the potential to evolve into a hybrid work schedule.
