Indiana University Health in Bloomington is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Clinical Operations and unit managers. We are seeking a proactive, personable, and operationally sharp coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Clinical Operations and unit managers at Bloomington Hospital. You will also conduct all RN candidate interviews for Bloomington Hospital, coordinate candidate shadows, and connect prospective nurses with the right unit and manager. You're not just keeping the office running - you're helping shape the nursing team that delivers care to Bloomington's patients every day.

This role supports clinical operations administrative and functional interviewing needs at Bloomington Hospital, including:
