Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a team member to support install, service, and customer service activities within a Consumer Small Business office. The role involves backlog management, scheduling, and keeping customer accounts updated as part of daily operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and the ability to multitask. This position emphasizes accuracy and timely communication with customers and vendors in a dynamic security

Responsibilities

• Handle install, service, and customer service work assigned by Management in a Consumer Small Business office.
• Detail of job details as follows;
• Install and service backlog management
• Install and service job scheduling/filling schedule gaps
• Managing install/monitoring permits
• Managing missing paperwork/Scanning all install and service paperwork when needed
• Field Tech and Advisor phone calls/emails
• Update customer accounts
• Scheduling vendor meets
• Assist with customer credits or cancellations
• Additional tasks may be assigned by Management

Major Responsibilities

• Handle install, service, and customer service work assigned by Management in a Consumer Small Business office.
• Detail of job details as follows;
• Install and service backlog management
• Install and service job scheduling/filling schedule gaps
• Managing install/monitoring permits

Qualifications
