Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative tasks related to department upkeep.
  • Handle client records, mail distribution, and data entry.
  • Answer phone calls and refer callers appropriately.
  • Answer telephone calls, direct callers to staff, and respond to routine questions.
  • Open, date stamp, and distribute mail; prepare outgoing mail.

Job description
