The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for answering and routing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to customers and employees. Greets visitors, distributes mail, and performs various administrative tasks as assigned.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks that support efficient business operations. These tasks include managing schedules, receiving visitors, answering incoming calls, organizing files, processing paperwork, preparing reports, handling information requests, coordinating travel schedules, arranging meetings and conference calls, and managing office supplies. These functions are essential to maintaining smooth administrative and operational support throughout the facility.
In addition to general administrative responsibilities, this role has a substantial impact on warehouse operations. The Administrative Clerk manages customer warehouse management (WM) orders daily and serves as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, order changes, and customer requirements. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate communication, timely order processing, and overall customer satisfaction.
This position is responsible for maintaining and updating data for daily huddles, monthly business reviews, performance metrics, audits, and sustainability reporting. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of data entry and reporting, supporting operational decision‑making, continuous improvement initiatives, compliance requirements, and overall facility performance.
Responsible for retaining, researching, and processing all invoices for the Denver facility. Timely invoice management is critical to maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting ongoing operations at the facility.

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$43,500.00 - $69,575.00
Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
