Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of related administrative experience.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment, comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Ability to make quick decisions with limited information, assess risks, prioritize, and escalate appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to recognize different perspectives to build consensus.
  • Deep understanding of big-picture goals and effective prioritization to achieve them.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage leader’s time thoughtfully against priorities.
  2. Coordinate business travel, manage expenses per company policy.
  3. Own key deliverables, structure work to meet goals, and understand long-term impacts.
  4. Pay strong attention to detail in logistics and communication.
  5. Manage technology capabilities, policies, and procedures related to administrative and executive roles.
  6. Adapt to changes and communicate effectively.
  7. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
  8. Adjust scheduling based on business priorities.
  9. Organize large meetings, townhalls, and offsite events, managing all planning details.
  10. Collaborate with the CEO’s Chief of Staff and other key teams regularly.
