Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and monitoring the complex budget, staffing, and hours.
• Process purchase orders, check requests, invoices, and budget modifications.
• Maintain vendor invoices and track PO balances in spreadsheets.
• Prepare department reports and office communications.
• Greet visitors and support the Complex Director as needed.
