The Administrative Assistant for Client Records performs administrative support work involving record keeping, entering data, disseminating information, and maintaining filing systems. Complete a large amount of data entry using IRIS. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Employees at this level may fully perform a variety of routine daily tasks but may often rely on direction from others to solve problems that are not standard. Employees may respond to basic inquiries and explain routine administrative rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Attends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.
Prepares and disseminates information concerning agency programs, services and procedures.
Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, reports, studies, forms, and documents.
Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases.
Compiles data for charts, graphs, databases, summaries, or reports.
Performs related work as assigned.

Flexibility in work hours may be required for this position. The position may be required to work overtime and/or extended hours. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
