This position is responsible for providing a comfortable office environment for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf-blind. Job responsibilities include the following: • Responsible for training regarding in-house office procedures for new staff • Handles end of day closing processes for the regional center • Knowledge of the programs and operations of the division that are essential to appropriately route visitors and callers • Responsible for logistics and taking minutes associated with meetings The Division of Services for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing (DSDHH) assures equal access to North Carolina citizens who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences**Salary Range: $32,500 - $49,340Recruitment Range: $32,500 - $37,595*Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.**The Knowledge Skills and Abilities/ Management Preferences are not required.
