Responsibilities

  • Provide project-based support for programs and competitions, including managing administrative functions and reconciling financial transactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce HelpDesk tickets, triaging requests and assigning them to staff for response, as well as offering Tier 1 level support.
  • Provide support with social media and other marketing materials.
  • Oversee the background check clearance process for all new instructional staff working with minors.
  • Staff the office front desk and manage the main phone line, ensuring a welcoming and supportive first touchpoint for students, faculty, staff, and parents.
  • Collaborate with Wharton Finance & Administration and the Wharton Executive Education Operational Team to manage supply orders and materials for team operations.
  • Manage daily operations for the Wharton Global Youth suite in partnership with Wharton Huntsman Hall Operations.

Job Description

The Wharton Global Youth Program isseeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide high-leveladministrative and project management support to the SeniorExecutive Director and the broader team. Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individualinterested in a higher education environment. The ideal candidatewill be committed to excellence and have a strong attention todetail. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage firsthandin many areas of the Wharton Global Youth Program and supportongoing process improvements. Applicants must hold a bachelor'sdegree and 0-2 years of experience. While limited work experienceis required, a successful candidate should be able to demonstrate akeen ability to work in an office setting with both digital andin-office tools. A successful candidate will have demonstratedknowledge of office digital tools, including the MS Office suiteand other comparable tools. This position requires the successfulcandidate to be in the office at least 3 days each week, withadditional in-office days during peak periods.
