About the Wharton Global Youth Program:
The Wharton Global Youth Program, part of Wharton Non-Degree Programs (which includes Wharton Executive Education), offers various opportunities for high school students aged 14 to 18 and undergraduate students aged 18 to 25. Our programming also includes strategic partnership programs with other institutions and organizations.
The Wharton Global Youth Program is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project management support to the Senior Executive Director and the broader team. This position offers a diverse set of responsibilities and is an excellent opportunity to engage with various aspects of our programming.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual interested in a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence and have a strong attention to detail. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage firsthand in many areas of the Wharton Global Youth Program and support ongoing process improvements. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience. While limited work experience is required, a successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a keen ability to work in an office setting with both digital and in-office tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of office digital tools, including the MS Office suite and other comparable tools. This position requires the successful candidate to be in the office at least 3 days each week, with additional in-office days during peak periods.
