As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a District Vice President.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain flow of correspondence and communications
  • Gather research data for projects
  • Set up and maintain files, records, and correspondence
  • Receive visitors, and schedule appointments
  • Transcribe dictation
  • Assist in budget preparation
  • Make travel plans

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required
  • 2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting Executives preferred
  • 2 year degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
  • Time management, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by Vice President

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
