A leading educational institution is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling data reconciliation, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth operational flow. Ideal applicants will possess strong typing skills, proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : FLSA : Hourly
Supports District schools and principals in their effort to foster an optimal educational environment for students. Provide administrative support in the District Office primarily to the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Finance.
MAJOR TASKS :
Reconciles district student membership information to state reports for budgeting purposes and follows up with ADE staff and District Technology Department to make corrections.
Reviews district student membership data for accuracy & follows up with school office staff to correct student data errors.
