  • Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of District accounting and student management software.
  • Compose routine business correspondence and emails without direction.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices including handling cash for activities.
  • Prioritize assignments and manage time to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Use all office equipment and technology routinely.
  • Generate abstract data and assemble reports.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments.
  • Manage transportation for and scheduling athletic games.
  • Conduct inventories and complete purchase orders and other records.
  • Assist in preparing the budget.
  • May arrange for substitute teachers.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Position Summary

The qualified candidate will perform duties and responsibilities necessary to support the area to which they are assigned.

Qualifications
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be organized, thorough, industrious. Must be able to take initiative in order to problem solve.
  • Must have advanced computer office software experience including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite programs. Knowledge of PowerSchool, Skyward, and other district software a plus.

  • Must demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and with others.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of District accounting and student management software programs.

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and manage time efficiently so that projects are completed within deadlines with little or no oversight.

  • Work is usually conducted at one job site, however, on occasion, this employee will be required to attend meetings, conferences, or workshops and events at other sites as assigned.
