About Us:

Milford Regional Medical Center is a full-service, community and regional teaching hospital located in Milford, Mass. and serves patients from more than 20 towns in Central Massachusetts. The 149-bed medical center is a nonprofit, acute-care facility, where more than 300 primary care and specialty physicians are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Statement of Purpose:

Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for the CMO, CNO, Quality and Organizational Excellence teams.

Qualifications:

Education:High school graduate, equivalent of 1-2 college or post-secondary executive secretarial training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Certification / License:None


Experience: 2–4years of administrative assistant experience in a hospital administration environment, preferably working with physicians. Excellent typing skills, advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, and working familiarity with medical terminology. Experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, and graphic design. Capable of independently prioritizing daily activities in order to utilize time in an effective and efficient manner. Experience answering telephones and managing complex schedules.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $5.00hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
