Active Day has an available opportunity for an Administrative Assistant - Support Services Coordinator to join our team!

Salary: $18 - $20/hour

We are looking for YOU! This is an administrative position that will touch all aspects of our service-oriented adult day health center business. You will not be bored in this role! Responsibilities:

  • Provide highly responsive customer support and serve as “point person” between field teams, home office, and external vendors
  • Provide training to our field team
  • Assist field leadership and home office with maintenance and repair requests, ordering and shipping of supplies, marketing materials, and more
  • Support administrative needs such as updating directories, answering calls, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies
  • Serve as a primary contact for inquiries, projecting a positive image of Active Day
  • Develop knowledge of home office functions to provide support as needed
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with teams and vendors

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, with 1+ years relevant experience preferred
  • Support multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative skills and customer service orientation
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, as the role is physically active
