Mortenson is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Solar Team, supporting a range of administrative and executive tasks with discretion and integrity.
You will interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service at Mortenson facilities.
Based in Minnesota, this onsite role handles calendars, meetings, travel, filing, billing support, and coordination with Safety, HR, IT, and Legal.
Mortenson is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Solar Team, assigned with handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your extraordinary customer service abilities will ensure every customer has a superb experience when they are at Mortenson facilities.
Location: MN- Headquarters (onsite)
Travel: up to 25%
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
is $28.51 - $38.46 hourly. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
