Lowell General Hospital is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for their Sleep Lab Clinic

Hours and Location

Full-Time / 32 hours / Day Shift
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 10:30am - 6:30pm
Location: Saints Campus - Sleep Lab

Responsibilities
  • Perform general office functions including typing, filing, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Proficient in operating office equipment such as copiers and fax machines.
  • Answer phones professionally, screen and refer calls, and manage voicemails.
  • Type and produce various documents accurately and promptly.
  • Provide administrative support and participate in special projects.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain departmental calendars, including arranging meetings and travel.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all office matters.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate statistics, prepare reports, and handle financial documentation as directed by the Director.
  • Process payroll and related accounts.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with Medical Terminology is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
