Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Description

Summit Home Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator to schedule home care visits for CHHAs. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a home care agency, is motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and efficient. Excellent customer service and communication skills are vital. Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to operate multiple programs are required.

  • Review availability and location to match staff with appropriate clients.
  • Arrange coverage for time-off requests and last-minute cancellations.
  • Maintain logs of caregiver and client communications.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with HHA exchange is a plus.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
