Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the Everlight Solar team as a Sales Enablement Assistant. This entry-level, full-time, remote position involves acting as a personal assistant to the Sales teams and liaising between sales, project management, and customers. Administrative skills are essential.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies
  • Participate in self-development and team-building workshops
  • Assist Sales Managers and Consultants with project completion
  • Gather and present data for sales teams
  • Communicate with customers to collect information
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and other teams
Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
  • Availability for 40 hours/week within 7 am - 10 pm rotating shifts
  • One Saturday per month (8 am - 6 pm)
